Navy is not a neutral, but it’s a great basic color and a great alternative to black, which is too harsh for most women’s coloring. Relying on too much black is a bit of a cop-out, too. My favorite color to wear is always white, and a cooler-toned taupe is “my beige”. I also love light blues and greens and cool-toned, light pinks. I do wear a lot of neutrals and basic colors like navy, khaki green, cool taupe and browns, but an elegant wardrobe doesn’t have to be colorless. I prefer Soft, Cool and Light colors because they suit my personal coloring best, this overrides color trends or specific style-linked colors, in my opinion. Your tips are good ones, and ones I have always based my own wardrobe on. I can only wear natural fibers/materials, also, and I think they look so much better, because they are. Synthetics have no intrinsic value and always look cheap, because they are.
Rich people never own designer bags, they usually choose *hotdups* . Middle class people just buy stuff to look rich because they are middle class and not very smart.
Spending $20,000 on a handbag is the obvious choice versus spending $200 on a *hotdups* bag and investing the remaining $19,800, since a $20,000 bag is unlikely to increase in value.

Those pleated skirts are ugly they always have been they always will be Im 76 amd they were hideous above my knees up on my thighs at 17 they are even uglier below the knee...just dont even if you are a size 0.
