My aunt saved a dog that was dump, everytime a truck drives by he has PTSD and chases the truck non stop, he only does this to specific trucks, it's heart breaking to think someone dumped him and who knows how long he was chasing after their owner
He has a good loving family now, we are careful to make sure he doesn't hurt himself, he lives on a farm with a very large yard
Awww. I don’t understand why people have to dump dogs anywhere, it’s horrible they could gte nice families at a shelter.
@@GabrielJudgeOfHell4 even the shelters be abusive
@@Zulo_The_Gremlin I hope you keep him on a lease.
I would never do this to a dog.
"Be free now."
That's not a free dog. That's an abandoned dog. Poor thing. I just wanna...hold him.
Make this movie in to a 2nd one plsssss
The sad part is people who abandoned their pets think it's somehow better than a shelter. That they are 'giving them a chance at life' when all they are doing is condemning the dog to death. Yes, shelters are traumatizing but to leave a dog in the wild is even more so. This movie is a masterpiece on the idealism of the philosophy of 'giving the dog a chance in the wild'. Even if it is unrealistic
Unfortunately the reality of dumping a dog is far...far worse and more heartbreaking than this for the dog...good movie though
😢😢😢😢😢😢
Legit will never understand why people just dump their dogs, like at least try to give it away, sell it or drop it off at a shelter first
@@Gingerale434A lot of people sadly view it as less of a hassle to find a shelter that will take their dog or to rehome it. They want an instant fix to get rid of their pet so releasing it into the wild is deemed quicker and a lot of people just assume animals will naturally take care of themselves.
If people weren't harassed and shamed and demonized, and taxed for using a needed resource and taking a dog to the shelter, A LOT LESS dogs would get dumped like this. It would not fix the criminal cases, where they're dumped to avoid abuse charges. But it would minimize healthy adoptable dogs from being dumped
I Love you guys dog i never know my name tell me another name i need it it is soaking and today is elf day aha that is a prank see yourself bye bye my my phone suited so bye bye is there 15 And i Love the dogs when they will come and look for me look at this right nowand i reserve

Seeing the mix between 2D and 3D, i do wish the entire film was 2D animated. Besides that, its still quite a unique film 🥰
Disney’s Wish could never 😂
@@TheLeafyGreenCat Bruh i was thinking the same 😭
I feel the same. I like the 2d much more
Actually the film fully created as 3D and converted to 2D that's why the output like this
not even 2 minutes and im upset and tearing up, god dam
I wasnt expecting a movie about animal abandonment and cruelty but here we are
It has a happy ending but there’s even worse things once you watch further into it. I literally cried omg
@@LunaTunaKitty13 it sure does :') worth a watch but man
@@foullily8325 Yeah, it was an entertaining story but just depressing 😭
Nobody knows how hard this made me cry several times like seriously like it made me cry so dang much! I definitely say it's better than most animated movies❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
“I hate the sun, I love…darkness. Let’s catch some dogs, muahahaha!”

@pistachioracle that part sent me I'm glad someone else noticed it too
Idk how this got recommended but i watched the whole thing lol
Legit the exact same thing that happened to me. I wasn’t even planning on watching it at all
From sad, sad, sad, sad, funny, intense, Fine, intense/funny then to a little sad then to the coolest part Jacob being a cool dog and in a very cool slow motion to a epic shot of the ending it was sad and happy thank you for this movie thank you ❤❤
❤😢i so that is
This movie is amazing. This film has the right amount of comedy, drama, suspense, and romance. Jacob and Kelly are such a great couple. I own this film on DVD.
kelley like Jacob
Yesss I totally agree! Even though it was mostly serious, it still had those funny moments that we all need and I’m lovin the enemies to lovers relationship that Kelly and Jacob have got going on. I couldn’t help myself from crying during a few of the parts though 😭 It really shows what real stray dogs have to go through, and the challenges that they have to endure.
Ill never understand why people abandon dogs, if you cant take care of a dog dont get one simple or adleast take it to a shelter where it gets a second chance with a better family
Seriously :
It's not that hard
I think they dump them because there may be consequences for handing them into a shelter, aka a bad reputation or not being allowed to adopt again.
Either way, it's because of selfishness or laziness.
They also Ava don kittens and cats btw..dogs aren’t the only pets that have to deal with such things..hell I have even seen horses dumped here in the desert..people tie them up to Joshua trees and leave them to die..
@@lovebug7985 there's even worse waiting for them in the wild
what's worse? The dog being in a shelter where it's given food, water and a roof
Or out in the elements and easy prey for any other animal
Why is this such a sad moviee.. i cant believe im still watching it
I wish more people would see this and understand its meaning. Dogs deserve the best life too!! How can we be so selfish!? God told us to take care of the animals. We would never leave our own by the side of the road and yet we do when we should treat them as our own. I hope people who do see this movie help the world become a better place by taking care of the earth and environment, including animals. (So happy the movie has a good ending:D ) 😭🥺💗💗
I did not expect for that many characters to die when starting this movie.
Me neither..
When I saw Jacob had a shock collar, I was literally so disappointed. The fact that those actually exist in the real world has made me question what humans have become.
Edit: Might have caused an argument uh..
@@Egg.is.Scrambldits for so u dont lose them at the start I needed to do that to
And the collar is difrent in real life so dont worry and it might be for if ur dog is agresive to oder humans
When I was really young (idk, like 8-12) we had a dog named Daisy, they were super sweet to us, but they always broke off their leash and ran out of the yard to chase and try to bite other people, maybe protecting us? Territory? We didn't know, we had to get them a shock collar, (I didn't like the idea but out of options I guess) but even then, they didn't stay in the yard, they would fight through their shock collar and still try and run after other people.. Eventually without telling me we had to get rid of her, it was a sad day, I remember crying and trying to fight the animal control guy and hold back Daisy from getting taken away, but sadly it did have to be done.. I remember they were supposedly picked up by an animal group that saves dogs from euthenization and sends them to good homes, but who really knows. I remember for a long time being mad at my family for it, saying they hate dogs and love cats and treat them better than dogs lol.. But remembered it was because she'd try and hurt others and get out of the yard every single time she was let out. I really hope they lived a good full life, still miss her lol, same for my dog who recently-ish passed away.. 😢❤ Anyways I don't agree shock collars are great but as long as they dont hurt the dog permanently or in the long run, sometimes its needed I guess, but fences would be the humane way if possible.
@@woofnuggiez aww I had a dog daisy to I still havr her she is a grandma now she is 5 years old:(
There not innately bad, it’s just how high you put them that’s bad. Using low levels to get your dog’s attention is fine, depending on how you train them, the collars can become a list of silent commands like ‘come’ or ‘stay’ used when your dog is to far for them to hear you.
My siblings and I watched this film randomly from Amazon Prime, a couple months ago. It was in English too.
I think we enjoyed it, it was honestly a very good story! I also like some scenic views & music in particular.
And at the beginning when I saw Leafie at the logo screens, noticing it's from the same makers, my focus shot up, lol! I hope the studios stays nice and growing.. there are people there blessed with great determination and skills.
Kinda ends abruptly. But I guess I could call that a good ending.
Man this movie has no chill, but that was really good.
The scenery looks so speechless I love it, it also kinda looks nostalgic like in the olden days as a young child
I'm on my 4th second hand dog now and all we're/are GOLD. A racing tool, a street dog, a chain dog and one that his family gave away after losing the house. All of them big older ones (10-12 years, newest ones 4-6) and lived to their 14-16 years so you have a lot o time to have fun together. They all learned to live as companion, go on vacation and camping, take the train with me.. best decision was to adopt. 💓
I’ve been watching this for so long over and over, and every time the parents die, I cry so much😢 But very good movie
Fun fact: in ”Leafie hen in the wild”, the English dub cut out the original ending cause it was “too sad”, so you should watch with English subtitles instead of the dubbed version if you want the true ending. It really gives the weasel more character than just a killer. It’s a really bittersweet ending and I would recommend watching it!
this animation style feels more like a video game :p
I felt so much pain in my heart when I saw the part where Trevor lost his parents 💔
At least Kellie was there
I can’t cry anymore!! My heart can’t handle this anymore because that’s exactly what people does I’m done with humanity is the worse thing ever live in this world!!!
The sadest part:
1. When Jacob is abandoned by his owner
2. When abandoned dog girl is dead
3. When Eddie got caught
4. When Trevon's Mom and Dad are dead
5. When Alex is separated with other 😢
I REMEMBER WATCHING THIS AS A KID HOPING FOR A SECOND FILM😭❤️
Famous last movie words "YOUR AMAZING JACOB".

Umm idk
This movie is like hidden gem on youtube .❤❤❤
Also, at the ending credits they show puppies of Jake and Kelly, I really want a sequel
Don't we all, tho?🥲🙏.........😭😭😭😭
I LOVED THIS MOVIE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER IT WAS SO GOOD I cried like twice
The idea of abandoning these beautiful creatures is so wrong 😢
A dog would always stay loyal to it's loved ones and would do anything 😢😢❤❤❤
I personally watched this, and I'll love to watch this again
Talk about UNDERRATED MASTERPIECE
I love the German Shepherd. He’s hilarious.😂😂😂❤❤
I like the combination of 2D and 3D animation. Pure art!
this animation should be played in cinemas
Ppl that dump dogs are so disgusting! How could you get a dog & then take care of it for a awhile and just dump it?!
please help to flow me
Finally a place i can comment. Heartbreaking movie! But beautiful at the same time
I've never really thought about it but it must be so confusing for other animals especially domestic ones like dogs. Because some humans are so wonderful and loving to them while other are absolute monsters and this movie kinda makes you think about that. 😢
The way I love dogs then this movie made me cry😢
this needs to be on netflix
9:25 I always thought it was cool and clever how they turned the fridge into a hidden secret door.
8:15 the part where the dog jumped on the dog-hunter is my favourite part of this movie for some reason..
44:12 They mentioned Leifie! A hen into the wild! thats literally one of my favorite movies
I found out about this movie the other day, been in love with it ever since
P.S they did that German shepherd dirty
When little Cindy died, I wept... Poor baby.
This deserves so much more attention! It has a great story, which is both heartbreaking and heartwarming sometimes. It's absolutely amazing
not the old dog mentioning daisy hen in the wild, that movie made me sob!
I like how I told myself beforehand, “we are NOT crying while watching this movie.” I prepared myself. I took a breathe. Took a couple. I was as ready as a hot potato outta the oven. I was BORN ready. All to crumble, within the first 2 F*CKING MINUTES. Are you kidding me.😭😭😭😭
This is a very sad story. 😢 I am a animal lover.
While they are not even close in terms of themes and violence rating, this movie reminded me of the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and Ginga Densetsu Weed-shaped hole in my heart 😢
If you haven’t read the GNG and GDW manga yet this is your sign to!! If you have already you should again because nothing can fill the hole paradise has left in our hearts!
I hate people that for the first time they adopted a dog. Never think for the second time they get rid off them😢
This movie is so sad Anitas my heart that people in today is so heartless for the animals that is now😢😢😢
This is why I want to be a vet……
Me too I’ve been studying since I was 8 now I’m turning 19 in a couple of days!
My old dog got dumped by his owner and I adopted him and he died years ago but I still miss him. His name was Trooper btw
Thanks 😊 for saving him
You did a good thing and saved the dog and gave him a better life than he would’ve had if u didn’t help him
suddenly I lost myself in this movie ❤
44:13 No way they just added a "leafy a hen in the wild" reference bro
Way before that the plushie the hairy little one likes is the Otter 🦦
It is the same animation studio afterall
I love this hopefully there's a party 2 or a part 3 or part 4 or any more please more❤❤❤❤❤❤
The ending was SO random! Was this an ad for North Korea?? They left South Korea and found paradise???
Paradise of the unconscious?
That's literally why I was reading the comments, I was really confused why getting into North Korea was a good end goal. There's a reason why they are suffering from famine and starvation up there, if there isn't enough animals up there to feed the people, I doubt there's going to be enough to feed the dogs.
More like the dogs are probably going to become the next meal over there.
Yeah that was an odd ending. North Korea has made a few decent animated movies and it could explain why the end credits weren't shown.
Went to check, it's a South Korean production, which surprises me a bit
What an ignorant comment. They didn't go to North Korea. They went to the demilitarized zone (the DMZ), a literal no man's land. They could be happy because there aren't any humans there. Ironically, the only place safe for animals and wildlife is where there are no humans, thats what the movie is trying to say. The only remaining temperate climate untouched forest is in Chernobyl and the DMZ between North and South Korea. Ever think about that? Humans are literaly the cancer of this planet, and judging by the comments on here, kinda lets you know why.
I never seen this movie before, i love it, especially at the end❤❤
If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22
Opening reminds me of how Todd gets left behind in the woods
This story is kinda sad because some people just dump dogs which is sad but it’s also VERY HAPPY🥲🥲🥲
This is an underrated movie its made so beautifully i didnt expect that🥹❤🐺🐕🐶🐾
like this they are when they can understand the language, it's very sad when they are dumped their hearts are very broken 😢😢😢
i wish there was a 2nd movie the build up for it was great

wow an amazing Movie also It had some sad parts but It was very good to watch thanks for sharing 🎥🎞📽🎬
I was crying so hard when Kelly's and Treven's parents died😭
Those weren't Kelly's parents, they took her in
Why they kill off both parents at once 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Too many characters maybe
To make sad story
I know right, it was so abrupt 😭 I was like WHAT?!

it’s so sad how Trevino lost his mum and his dad
Why is this movie in english?
It would be so much better in the original version with english subtitles...
Thanks for sharing though!
55:35 Why was this movie recommended to me and why is it actually making me laugh send help 💀💀😭😭
Hang on if Eddie was taken to the pound wouldn’t he be free when Jacob and the rest freed the dogs there?!?
That's i was thinking about it does make sense this movie
Maybe he was already killed or taken to another place idk
The place that Jacob went to was a puppy mill (a place where they over breed dogs to the point where the dogs bodies will give out meaning the human will soon kill the dog because its not reproducing 'good' litters anymore and no one should buy from them because that's the only real reason they exist.) anyways Eddie is most likely in a normal pound and will probably will be rehomed fast because many people like standard Schnauzers, they are very common dogs to own for Asians because they are cute, same with Pomeranians.
@@nycuawa8467 he went to the pound not the puppy mill.

Poor Cindy....she deserves better... 😢
51:20 / 58:30 aaah yes "Animated Adventure Family" lol.
I can't watch any Korean-based animated animal movie now without expecting it to be devastatingly sad..Although this one is a lot more on the silly side. They're certainly impactful, usually spotlighting animal cruelty practices, but I probably wouldn't recommend them for younger kids. Personally been emotionally traumatised myself after watching 'Leafie: A hen into the Wild' (uncut version) and 'Padak'. 😥👍
Great movie! definately feels like it borrows from a lot of awsome animal animated movies. Wolf's Rain, Land Before time, Dinga Desetsu Weed, Plague Dogs, All dogs go to Heaven All great animation. I love animal animation like this, it's hard to find.
Kelly is a Black dog and has a slightly different past than Blue Clint's dog, I feel like they are similar. I have always liked the dichotomy of dogs who have been pets/ working dogs ect. having differing views of humans.
This is the first movie I've seen that goes into the puppy mill angle though. Also some stuff is very Korean like the mine field or the having to cross over a border fence to get to the over side; to freedom. I like that. I wouldn't mind having a hard copy of this movie. I like to keep pysical copies of great media i'd love to watch again.
i see you are cultured
I mean, it's kinda odd that the dogs cross into North Korea
I loved this movie I watched it a while back and its great.
This is better then the latest Disney movies 😂
You wouldn't leave your kid to fend off in the woods when they mess up or get too big but why is it different for a dog 😢
Some people would unfortunately, but they would go to prison. There many bad people in the world
Some people don't consider their dog as a child.
I wish there's a part 2 of this it's the best film ever ❤
They might be making one you never know…!!and they do take a windless to make❤
As a dog lover I feel sad and heartbreaking 😥😥😥
35:26 This hunter reminds me of Shaw from Open Season given that he follows the exact same persona and way of character, and also has a very similar voice that sharpens the resemblance.
1:21:19 This scene reminds me of the moment when Boog knocked down Shaw using golf stick, landing him behind his gun, and let's not forget 1:21:25 this scene when he drew out his knife just like Shaw when he fought Boog. It comes to mind that the creators of this movie might have taken inspiration from Open Season's character 'Shaw' to create the antagonist for this movie, while copying a few scenes he is in as well. 😮
They really should have stayed with the couple in the fields, I know for a FACT that people like them fight tooth and nail to protect their animals, my mom is one of them- they would be safe, even with Jacob’s tracker.
Yesss A DOGS COURAGE GETTING ATTENTION
This is a great movie thank you for sharing I love it
"A hen in the wild" reference.. I did not expect that.
Safe to say its a happy ever after:)
Some people love their pets till their young age after that then won't take responibility and just try to escape and then buy new one just for fun...
58:07 fox tail is called "puppy grass" in Korean.
Cute!!
The beginning is so sad omg 😢
