No they can't. TL and FW are far and away the two worst major regions. TL smashed Phong Vu 3-0, and the LMS smashed Phong Vu by mercy leaving the region.
@@Crayonah The LMS was formed in Season 4 specifically because they were too good for the GPL. Vietnam was a part of GPL at that time, and like any non-Taiwan based team, they were utter garbage. FW has absolutely everything to do with why Vietnam will never be considered anything other than a joke, unless they either rejoin or show indisputable international results.
