Okay I'm there... 😁 Seriously I'm really hoping the new doc doesn't hate on the show like Space Precinct Legacy did. That was tough to watch. Is Richard James the only cast member you got to appear in the new doc. Richard James is always fun to listen to but would be cool to hear from the other lead actors since they rarely talk about the show. 😊

This was AI up-ressed from the PAL version? Was just curious since, as I understand, it was shot on film but edited and digital effects done at PAL resolution. Unlike Star Trek: TNG that went through the arduous task of scanning the original film and rebuilding the effects again from the separate model passes. It looks surprisingly good considering.
According to Jamie Anderson they can't find the negatives so they're either lost or gone forever. They used as you say AI to upscale from their tape masters. Not the ideal solution but probably the best we're going to get for a while.
Not everywhere. I know it aired in New York. It was not a network regular. If you watch this back-to-back with Babylon 5, you would swear it was filmed in the same universe.
