Not that I would ever want to visit but very interesting. I was raised in the high desert and would go on camping trips to Joshua Tree with my church scout pack back in the 70s. Definitely some extreme desert pack rats.

@darwest8833 Wow, my brother and I did the same thing back in the 70s and 80s, it was to keep us out of trouble. I was raised up against the foothills of the san gaberial valley and we would go to Joshua Tree for a weekend and hike and play ditchem, dang miss those days. Thanks for coming on this Adventure and bringing back some really good memory's.

Crazy how some people live. We were raised in San Bernardino then moved to Hesperia and lived in VV, AV as well. Miss my mx days and riding in the desert. I really enjoyed your commentary, God bless you and be safe out there.@@DrivenXAdventure

Just came across your channel. Love exploring old places! I watched the second part of this first. I can't say I've ever seen it before.

      Welcome aboard!
Thank you for watching, means a lot. I've come across a lot of these places that have been vandalized to the extreme and it's a shame.

Wow, that sure is a mess. Looks like quite a few people were living there and I bet they stole from each other when the other one was gone.

@drueatcer this is what they call a hoarders house and for what i found out, only two people lived there and this was all of there belongings and then some. There could of been more people there, I just don't know, and the mystery of this place. Thanks for watching

You're brave exploring these places in the middle of nowhere. People who live out in a place like that don't take kindly to someone poking around and have guns. I've actually seen dumpgrounds that weren't as messy. Well, not really, but close.

@alm7707 prior to me entering any property, i do my research with a few websites. Once i get there I triple check everything before I even enter the property, I take a lot of precautions, A LOT! Thank you

You may already know this, but be careful walking over large sheets of stuff. One of them may be covering a well or some other type of hole.

Your right, I've come across a few of these covering small wells, Thank you and I'm always on my guard.

No, no we don't take too kindly.... And yes on the other as well ...

@JAdams-yb7we I would 100% agree on someone invading your privacy, espcially your proprety. I do my research prior to me entering or exploring these locations, this and many other locations that I enter are either: On BLM land, - MDLT Mojave Desert Land Trust, - California Desert Land Conservancy, - Abandoned Homestead, - or land owned by a Chines company out of china, - or someone saw a piece of land in the middle of know where and started to build a life there and was either kicked out by BLM or they passed away. Either way, there are a lot of Abandoned buildings, homes and trailers scattered across the land of ours, and there sitting there to be discovered, by either me or some other RUclipsr who will respect them or by someone else who doesn't give a shit and start breaking everything insight. You got to see this place before it was destroyed by either mother nature or destroyed by some asshole who just likes to destroy things for the fun of it. Regardless, I thank you for your comment and for taking the time and watching the video and I do hope you enjoyed it.

If someone can afford all these vehicles they can afford to buy land in Arizona. BLM needs to clean that mess up.

    • @DrivenXAdventure

@billbradley2480 This is a Great Comment, Thank you for bringing up about the vehicles, so I spoke to this guy that has been living in Goldfield, NV for 80 years and he told me the reason why you see so many cars/vehicles in people that live in the desert is, it's cheaper to buy a used and faster then taking it to a repaired shop, and if it last a year or two it's worth it. I had asked why not just buy a new one, it will last longer. He said that they buy used cars for about thousand dollars, and do very little work on them and, if it last for a year or two they got there moneys worth. When they stop working, they leave it right where it breaks down and move on to the next used car or truck. Regards to the BLM clean up, I don't think it will ever happened, the only way it would get cleaned up will be by a Off-Road club or group to go in and clean it up. This place was in a very remote location and with the amount of rain and snow in the area the once was a road is now a wash and you wouldn't even know that this place was down there. Again, Thank you for the great Comment and watching my video.

@harrystow that's awesome information, do you know what that video was called, I would like to look it up and watch it to get some back story on it. I though most likely that this person wanted to get away from everyone and took all is belonging out into the middle of the desert to do so. Thanks for watching

Someone referred me to your video. Being familiar with where you are taking video (not my property) and not being able to say much more (conflict of interest), i suggest that if younreturn yku be very very careful.

@norm5785 thank you and I do make sure that i'm not entering private property, and if it is, i don't even attempt to enter, i've been going out to these place for sometime and i've seen squaters moving and moving out as the harsh desert starts to take a toll on the accessibility for food and water and they move on. I do thank you for watching and will take your advise as I'm always very careful on the places that I visit throughout Calif, Arizon and Nevada.
