Young cabbage.

Salt.
Onion.
1 carrot.
I use a special grater.
Olive oil.
Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Tomato.
Olive oil.
1 cup of rice.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
2 glasses of hot water.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Mix.
2 tablespoons of yogurt.
Mix.
Add tomato and stir.
Green onion.
Mix.
2 tablespoons of flour.
Mix.
Salt.
Parsley.
Mix.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of rice.
Mix.
Sauté on low heat with the lid on for 10 minutes!
