I have a t12k looks the same for set and most things worked .I just do not have mid flaps.I’m using a y harness in channel seven which may be the cause of no mid flaps . There is a small amount of movement but cannot adjust the travel to get mid flaps .Any thoughts
This is helpful, for copying one model. But I just bought a Futaba 16IZ and want to copy all 20 of my models from the 14SG to the 16IZ using the SD card. Do I need to do this one model at a time?
I bought one for $20 at a thrift store, bought it on the spot lol, got home everything is in the box except the receiver R7008SB. Put the battery in it and it worked. When I looked at the price online, it is still a whopping $1000 CDN. My question can I use to on drones?
Hello Ron. Thanks for a very useful tutorial ! Hope you still read comments because I have an issue at the final step copying. All goes well until I hit the last "rtn for 1 sec" to execute the copy when I get the message: FAILED! Hit any key. The card is old but seems in good shape, and is not in the "locked" position. I see Futaba recomends trying a brand new card if the card is old. Anyways I thought I could ask before I go buying another. In beforehand thanks :) Terje
It took me a little longer than I wanted to try and answer you; I had an SD card that I knew was bad, so I wanted to see if it would create the scenario you described. It did not. My transmitter would not recognize the cards presence, and would not format it. It still could be a problem with your card, since the problem with your card may be very different than the problem with the bad card I used. The only other thing I can think of is when you are in the copy menu, be sure you have transmitter selected as the source on the left side, and then card selected on the right side for destination. Other than that, a bad card could possibly cause that, however I could not duplicate your problem. I would try a new card, and if the problem continues contact FUTABA USA.
@@rcron4849 Thanks a lot, no worries about answering late :) I tried a new SD today, but then nothing even happens.... I see in the manual that the transmitter should "discover" it and formating should be straight forward. I have to T14SG´s and both behave the same way...🤔 So I guess I will have to contact Futaba.
Thanks again. Actually, it seems I tried a new card that was too large (64MB), while the max. cap. for the transmitter, according to another video I found, is 32. I had a 16MB in an old camera and it worked ! So now all works as it should with that card 🤠
Page 19 of 14SG manual states size must be 32 MB -2GB. I have never gotten that message except with a defective SD card, as long as I stayed in the specified range.
Fabulous video, thank you!
Thanks for taking the time to make this video it was most helpful.
awesome ! need more futaba transmitter help videos . thanks !
Very true indeed.

I did not mention it, but be sure you have the latest updates on your transmitter....sometimes updating will surprise you?

Yes, The maximum is plainly stated in the manual but I did not know what would happen...Thanks for the info. I'm glad you have things working now!
Thanks from Brazil
Thanks for the feedback; Happy Flying!
