    Sir,I have 2 questions:
    1. is D' Alembert's principle applicable in both intertial and non inertial frames?
    2. If we tie a string around a stone and rotate the stone in a circular path then, we can feel a force away from our hand. But, as we are observing the stone from an inertial frame, there should not be any centrifugal force. Still it is experienced. Why?
