Awesome Ronda and Travis! We raise several hundred turkeys on pasture each year and it's always a rewarding experience. One tip is to swirl the birds in the scalding water, it'll make the feather removal much easier. Keep up the cool videos!

One way is attaching a stretched out coat hanger to your log stump, and hooking the birds neck with part of the coat hanger will free your hands up.
