For the last part,in the isovolemic hypernatremia
If we are losing water,then why isnt the ecf decreasing as well. Does losing free water not affect the ecf? Can someone please enlighten me

What symptoms can occur with each of them?
I'm pretty sure, to have hypovolemic and isovolemic condition from time to time.
I've learned to counteract hypovolemic situation, but it doesn't work all the time.
