I've had 3 new hoovers from shark when mine kept loosing power I've had corded and cordless both I like would never go back to Dyson great video by the way ❤

I’ve never had any issues with shark customer service myself either, I own 4 sharks 2cordless and 2 corded ones, customer service have always helped me, my cordeds motor went early January this year, because I used it to hoover builders dust, and they sent a new hoover out for next day delivery because they didn’t have the correct colour part in stock which was great!
