지인을 통해 정철원장님의 요한복음영어성경을 시작으로 영어가 재미있어져서 최근에는 창세기부터 영어필사도 시작했습니다. 오랫동안 성경을 어느정도 안다고 자부했지만, 충격에 충격, 하나님아버지의 공의와 사랑을 다시 한번 알아가고 있습니다. 오래전부터 계획하신 우리를 향한 구원을 이루시는 하나님의 여정..구약이나 신약..그리도 지금도 변함없으신 하나님아버지.. 인간에게는 자유의지를 주었기에 하나님을 사랑하기 원했지만, 타락하는 인간들을 보시며 가슴아파하시고..인간을 만드신것을 후회하지 않도록 하나님아버지의 기쁨이 되기원합니다. 영어성경으로 영어의 재미를 갖게 해주셔서 감사합니다^^♡♡♡

more disciples than John - although in fact it was not Jesus who baptized, but his disciples.

Now Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that he was gaining and baptizing more disciples than John. - although in fact it was not Jesus but his disciples. So he left Judea and went back once more to Galilee. Now he had to go through Samaria so he came to a town in Samaria called Sychar near the plot of ground Jacob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob's well was there and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about noon. When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, "Will you give me a drink?" (His disciples had gone into the market to buy food.) The Samaritan woman said to him, "You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?"(For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.) Jesus answered, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water." "Sir," The woman said, "You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living water? Are you greater than our father Jacob who gave the well and drank from it himself as did also his son and his livestock?"
Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life." The woman said to him, "Sir, give me this water so that I won't get thirst and have to keep coming here to draw water."
He told her, "Go, call your husband and come back." "I have no husband." She replied.
Jesus said to her, "You are right when you say you have no husband.
