Actually the story was that meer hadi (feroze khan ) had murdered khaaani's brother (sarim) and after that when khaani took stand against him he started feeling love for her did khaani also but his father was all concerned about his seatin politics

I just want to know one thing. Evryone is saying that this whole drama is based on real story. But when this drama came out I got so attached to the story that I really started searching everywhere what is the real story behind that.. But what I got to know is once a girl in Karachi was returning at night with her brother. Some spoilt brat started teasing her,when her brother protested he killed him.. After police arrested him it created a fuzz all over Pakistan. But after some months or years the family of the girl/or the boy who was murdered signed the ' mafinama ' to get him out of the jail as the family of the main culprit was really rich and powerful they also gave some money to the victim's family.
So whatever happened in this serial nothing like that happened in real life ,no justice was served.. So this serial was made to restore the faith of people in humanity.
As I am from India, I just want to know is it right whatever I have heard?! Or the story of the drama is actually based on the real story totally... Please clarify.
