Vexx I think you misunderstood the balancing, they didn't lower the frequency of boss quest at all, the ONLY change they made was the FINAL boss was changed to have 2 legendary chest instead of a special grade chest for the mission because special grade drops are op and you shouldn't be able to farm them. Go through the grade 2 missions and search for "defeat the volcano deity" it is literally guaranteed to be there because there will always be at least 1 quest for each boss every refresh. (also before you say the boss is glitched or broken because it appears to be underground its because you need to look into nearby buildings for the one with a hole in it and go down the hole into the volcano boss area. also you can fight any boss without the quest and they still drop their boss chest and the boss chest are the only ones that can drop their shards anyways the mission is just for extra chest) let me know if you have any further questions.
I know you need the magma shard to get to grade 2 so here's what i reccommend, take a mission to "Exorcise magma curses" because they spawn right next to the building (there will be a blue aura npc right next to the building) then farm the boss for a magma shard
thanks for the info buddy. When I was fighting bosses before today, I would not get a chest drop unless I had a mission. Idk weird. But now I do see that they do drop a chest upon killing them even if you dont have an active quest for them

Bro the devs of JJK infinite seem like they're making really big changes over small things which is prioritizing game functionality over actual game play which kinda makes the game less fun. So i think that they should make changes but still make the game fun for players so they dont need to grind like 2x harder js to get their next skill.
