    I made my first fursuit as a rockstar foxy head, feet, and parrot. I didn't know it was a fursuit so I just winged it. It was bad, very very bad. I made every mistake in the book. If you don't want your end threads to show, sometimes you can also tie it off before cutting it and slip it inside the head again, Pull it tight and trim and when it releases it leaves the ends tucked inside the head instead of exposed. :D (learned this while making plushies)

    • @freckledcatcreations
      @freckledcatcreations 2 года назад

      thank you! i'm not sure how to do that method with how I tie the thread to a previous stitch though. it might not be possible. I try not to just make a knot in the thread by itself, since it's in danger of being pulled through the weave of the fur/fabric with enough force!

      oh yeah, I tried to find the easiest way to make these and still get a really nice result! if you just have a bit of ingenuity you can get away from having to ladder stitch some seams (which is less strong than other stitches) !
