Riot's balancing department severely overdosed Teemo's shrooms. Just lower the GP's barrels recharge cd by half, keep 5 charges and reduce crit dmg to 75%(currently 125%). It will be more fun for GPs to spam barrels and land multiple combos and more fair for enemies (they'll never get one-shot).
That would just be a bruiser with a speedy passive, tanky af, have a much of true damage and slows,on top of that, a cleanse and a heal. That concept of gp is basically what riot is trying to push away with these changes, bringing him back to being a lategame carry. Maybe a change is needed, but not that way

I think he can go even, which despite the grasp nerfs on his q, he can still survive most lanes. Furthermore, I don't think crit GP is that gimmicky especially if you go Shieldbow instead of the Solarbacca and TF builds. The Shieldbow gives him crazy damage and sufficient enough tankiness in teamfights if being ganged up on imo. Also I think the 44% winrate comes because everyone is seeing these one-shotting clips so low elo players pick him up with 0 idea how he actually plays but it should rise back up to even higher than it was before.

It was intended to make GP more playable. Before this, he only has his laning phase, spam q and hopefully u win the lane. His barrel was so weak considering people with great game senses and reflex know how to destroy the barrel. The barrel also has so poor damage on early game and post mid game. They nerf his laning phase (grasp changes) but making his barrel more usefull. To me just nerf the crit scaling to 110% bcz god damn the damage. They also nerfed his bonus MS but extend the duration
Interesting the damage T1 took in the livd game was 1305, but on the replay it was like 1233. If it was 1233 in the game, he would have survived the barrel
