There is no word! This is just WONDERFUL! And it is sung with Love for H’. That’s just a groysse brokhe! A sheinem dank. We have had these melodies within the depth of our souls for centuries. I could already understand a lot of these prayers in Hebrew, and the nigen has been passed over for generations, but to hear it with Yiddish tune changes everything. It is just our neshamot (neshumes) that come to light/ and to life.
No word to thank you enough! Highly needed.
My husband used to cry with this nigen. he was a survivor of Warsaw ghetto as a kid who escaped by himself. He found NO-ONE when he came back at the end of the war.

Thanks so much for singing and posting these precious Kippur Holy Songs with Yiddish nigen so dear to me…I found them out at a few hours from Kippur, preparing Kippur, hoping that they’ll sing these holy melodies they usually sing in my Ashkenazi Synagogue in the South of France. But some songs you sing remind me of my youth. A Sheinem Dank.

I am back! It is Yom Kippur 2022, and I am going to view and listen to this video a couple more times during my "white fast." It is so sad that our nation, the United States of America, has lost its morale foundation. So many people do not take the Jewish or Christian Holidays seriously. Considering how much we sin during a year's time, we should be always celebrating Yom Kippur with a repentant heart.

Is it Yiddish yodelling in the beginning of the first avinu malkeinu? I love that. That’s what I assume is classic Yiddish singing. And klezmer.
Thank you for translating. Rav New has a very peaceful voice. May we see the establishment of the House today. Tomorrow feels like forever.
