does anyone know the day this actually aired? I remember listening to it live but now I am trying to find that entire podcast from that day on their site and cannot find it - its killing me! I know they do this a couple more times throughout the day... "the name's Romano..." like every 5 minutes I was dying!

I get where Casey is going with the warm, melted butter, but Nick is right: once it gets to spray consistency it breaks down the butter integrity and you lose flavor.
