I recently visited GANGTOK and found out there were more cars than local people. I had to travel from Bypass to Sichay while going to Sichay District court I paid Rs 40 but on returning I had to pay 100 local car thieves. Why don't they bring knives and loot people directly rather than doing all sorts of fanky stuffs..
