    I agree....Make him more relatable. Even though he was over the top in the 70's and 80's with the blaxploitation-esque vibe, he was more down to earth and had real concerns which was his niche. He wasn't a billionaire, he didn't work for anyone, he was a hustler or smaller business owner who had to pay expenses and make a living. Now LC is this domesticated husband/father which took away from his edge....In the attempt to make him more mainstream and p.c. they made him corny.

      What's corny about being a family man? Real straight guys do it! "Corny" is saying "gosh" or "gee whiz" and saving cats from trees, lol! As a Boomer, I grew up being told by non-fans that all superheroes were corny, for doing impossible things and wearing tights, lol! That was because Silver Age comics were censored, and superhero film media had limited special effects before the 21st century. It takes CGI and the occasional R-rating to get superheroes right on film!!
