You didn’t need to buy a replacement 10mm Tekton socket. Their warranty is absolute, forever, and the best in the business. Spend ten seconds filling out the form on their website, attach a picture of the broken tool, and the replacement is in the mail the same or the next business day. I recently broke a screwdriver late on a Sunday night and had a new one in my hands Tuesday morning. It’s unreal.
It’s probably so that if he loses it or breaks it he has a spare while he waits to get the one warrantied, I have 3, 36mm sockets just in case I break them I’ve got spares
He's got wobble impacts sockets.
Should just buy another one; keep the one he broke as a reminder - kinda lame to make them replace something you used wrong and broke.

Nice setup all be ordering same tool cart soon i wrench everyday at a shop and i heard u say about your torque sockets i had the snapon one's and they suck i use my blue point one's with the impact all the time no issues the 87 blue point piece got alomost everything
Got the same mac ratchet, its my favorite ratchet. I'd see if you can warranty it because mine has like no back drag. Good video
Solid video, and like I said in my other comment, I don't have a tool truck so I absolutely agree that with certain Astro tools ( the 17mm wrench for 3/8" Nano socket, the 4 pc 1/2 size lug sockets and cpl things things) takes forever to arrive. 6 wks and counting on the NANO wrench. They're saying the 17th?
Try the koken ratchets they have the best back drag i thought it was a you tube sales set up but i got them a few months ago and love them
I got the 3/8 in 1/4 Koken flex heads on Amazon for cheap. One was perfect and the other was skipping teeth, loosened the screw and it works now. Lowest backdrag I have ever felt like all the reviews. They make some great knurled extensions also, got the wobble fixed and regular from them. They designed the wobble fix before snap on copied it.
Use that Mac ratchet a bit it will loosen up. It’s now my go to ratchet. Plus it is tougher than a snap on. But for low backdrag get a koken ratchet 72 tooth and less back drag than any other ratchet I tried.
Watch the torque test channel video on the 9080 vs 9050, the 9050 pretty much puts up the same exact torque in the smaller body.

The organizer where you have your pry bars and pannel popping tools is a smart set up for maximizing space. Whats the name of it? I have the same cart but the sides and top are black and the drawers are green

Super jealous of the your green Snap On cart. That's the exact cart I want, color and all. Love the slide top and it has 4 swivel casters compared to HF with only 2. The way you have it setup is pretty sweet also. Just can't afford the box. The Mac RBRT wrench set is a 6pt wrench correct? I don't have any trucks so without an easy warranty, I have been looking at the USAG 285x metric set. It's the RBRT set, I believe.

The HF full bank has 4 swivel locking casters and goes on sale for $500 all the time. I want the slide top but the price is insane unless you are a professional. I wish I would have gotten it sooner as it holds all my important tools better than my old box.
Uh what’s the part number of that 3/8 drive 1/4 head indexing ratchet?!? Because I need it. And my dealer comes on Tuesday’s.

An added benefit of the snap on 3/8 drive ratchets with the 1/4 body is that they have the back drag of a 1/4 while working with fasteners commonly driven with 3/8 drive sockets. Barely finger tight on an M6 Allen head bolt and the ratchet is a-ratcheting. It’s positively magical.
Seeing that I wanna get that same roll cart. What size length are your enrst socket holders? I have 6 that would really like to have fit on the top just like that But I dont know if they will fit since i have 2 13” and 2 18”.
They are 18”… the 18s will fit side by side.

Never seen anybody use a torque wrench on trans or oil pan bolts, but I guess it's ok if you got the tool and time.

You sound mad… you must be a Milwaukee bruh. Like I said not everyone can afford snap on. I use a torque wrench on transmission pan bolts because I’d rather not break a bolt off in a 9 thousand dollar transmission in a 110 thousand dollar truck… from the looks of all your videos, it’s something you would definitely not understand.
@@RageBrothers Well I suppose if techs in your shop has a problem with not tightening or breaking bolts, then yeah they will probably make you use a torque wrench for everything. Wheel runs off, you might better torque them too.
As for transmission bolts, I won't say I never broke one, but it's been a long time like 1984!
