    Looking at an active subwoofer that can hit hard for under R10000. Under 100 people venues. What would you recommend.

    IF YOU USE PROSESSOR YOU WILL GET THE BEST OUT OF IT BECAUSE WHARFIDALE UPGRADE THE SPEAKERS

    Hi there bro, can I use the Hybrid power amplifier The B2400 in these subs plus the 15s?
    Btw your videos are very helpful, thank you so Much. We appreciate you bro. I wish you could also do reviews with Analog mixers & digital mixers, many thanks my Guy.

      Hay brother. @mr.g1831
      Number 1. I really appreciate your support and great comments, I will soon be doing analog and digital mixers. 🔥
      Alright, answering your question.
      The Evo x18b and Evo x15 will prefer a little bit more power, the program power is the recommended amplification.
      To be honest, hybrid power amplifier are rubbish really bad.
      You will end up killing the speakers because, hybrid is a cheap brand and very very high THD ( distortion) which is not good.
      I used to have hybrids starting out, 5/ 6 years ago😅 and at low volume it popped my tweeters and messed up my woofers.
      Wharfedale are bullet proof and really really strong. But they are really touche when comes to amps, it will last forever with wharfedale amps, CPD and DP series amplifiers.
      I do know people that only have wharfedale subwoofers and tops, but only drive them with hybrid amplifiers, and drive them full blast and don't want to die.
      But anyway brother, It will work power wise.
      But I thought I would let you know my thoughts and experience.
      Any way, thanks for your questions and comments.
      Regards Luke/ LSW Audio.

    Whats ur opinion on the typhon ax12 speaker? Loud enough and good bass??

    • @LSWAudio
      @LSWAudio  3 месяца назад +1

      Hay brother.
      Typhon ax12 has really amazing clarity, and very loud! I mean loud.
      The sound quality is amazing amazing.
      Bass? No.
      Will need to back them up with a subwoofer. But it depends on what music you like? And are you doing a band or DJing?
      Either way, back them up with a subwoofer.
      Mids are great. Tops are great. Sound quality great.
      Hope that was a help?
      Regards Luke/ LSW Audio.
      Thanks for the questions.

      @@LSWAudio and how do u compare them wtih the mackie thump series?

    • @LSWAudio
      @LSWAudio  3 месяца назад

      @@yan5362 Mackie thump 15a or Mackie thrash 215.
      Really surprised me! Especially with the bass/ kick.
      So I did a comparison Between the ( Audiocenter MA15, wharfedale Titan ax15b, alto ts315 and the Mackie thrash 215.
      When it comes to kick! And you don't have a subwoofer or can't afford one?
      Mackie thrash 215! But lacks in dB against it's rivals at 126 dB, where he's rivals are between 129 to 134 dB.
      The Mackies are nice and melow, with a real good thump.
      Soon, I want to get some Mackies to add to the lounge.
      Hope that was a help?
      Regards Luke/ LSW Audio.
      Ps. For 80 plus people, any of the speakers will be great.
      One more thing....... Mackies ? Are you asking about the 12" version? Or 15" for kick! 15"

      @@LSWAudio was looking for the mackie thump 215xt. But went to hear them in store, was disapointed of the loudness and the bass. Also, it clips/distort easily even though they claim to be 129db at 700watt rms

    Are the Wharfedale Pro TSub AX18B Aktivni Sub like this subs?

    • @LSWAudio
      @LSWAudio  5 месяцев назад

      Hay brother. The Titan AX18b are active as you know and the EVO x18b is passive. They are worlds apart! And not related. no wharfedale sounds the same, which is very cool. I've had lots of wharfedales. It just depends on what you looking for, best is to have a listen and let your ears do the talking.
      Thanks for your comment.
