आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दूं कि फलों में शुगर नही फ्रुक्टोज़ होता है। इसलिए जब उस रस में ग्लुकोस मिलाया जाता है तब वो आपको शुगर दिखायेगा बस इसी कारण लोग झांसे में आ जाते हैं और एलोपैथी के चक्कर में पड़कर बीमार हो रहे है।
