Once all the loan instalments are deducted from the salary, the state of the loan created from the salary attachment will automatically move to 'completed'. @@cybrosys-technologies you didn't get my question. I am saying that if a employee get the loan of 10000 and has paid 5000 and that employee again has got the loan of 2000 then how to handle this situation? Either we will topup this loan or will create new entry?
Create a separate structure type for hourly-based employees and set the wage type as hourly Wage. Usually, the attendance for payroll calculation odoo will take the work entries. But in the case of hourly waged employees a separate working schedule may need and based on that, computation for each rule says standard pay, allowances and deductions need to be set. Or can adopt another method based on attendance hours for a computing period that has to be extracted using python code and standard pay can be calculated. It is all about setting rules for standard pay.
