As an idea: trace his bones and/or inner organs.
Like you are painting outside what is inside.
Bones, kidney, liver, etc. Not everything at once in one video. But for every video a theme.
In some medical videos they show how to measure for example the liver.
Doesn't have to be full colored just outlined.
And at the end of the video you can see where everything is located.
The hands would take a long time.
This is actually such a cool idea, but out of context it sounds so bizarre haha
