The emblem festival of blood is good with fighter emblem and with kills it can increase up to 12% spell vamp I always used it in martis when going exp its good it increases the survival rate and effectiveness with his cc 2nd skill

It doesn't work on all fighters bruh, only the ones who deal skill based damage can benefit from Spell Vamp (Festival of Blood, Fighter Emblem, Bloodlust Axe and spell vamp of War Axe). The ones who you basic attacks should use lifesteal items instead (Endless Battle/Haas Claws).
Fighter emblem with festival and penetration + killing spree. war axe, bloodlust, oracle, BoD and radiant, unkillable balmond tanks the whole team I have many mythic wins over 30 kills being an unkillable machine (you still have to play smart though)

Whichever balmond using these equipment will die more than t times. Put on defensive equipments on balmond, u a attacking tank now and hardly die.
