I'm a tattoo artist was looking into cameras I could get for about 500$ to shoot my work (both photos and videos), and for that money, I expected a mid-range performing device, but once I heard everyone talk nothing but praise about the x-t2, and found its style perfect for what I need, I ordered it today for 460$ used, bought a lens adapter to use with my F-mount Sigma lenses, and I don't think i'll need an upgrade any time soon.

Excellent video. I have the X-T2. I am an amateur photographer who once used Nikon and Canon gear starting in the 1970s. The Fuji cameras and lenses just sparked the enthusiasm I had when starting out in photography 50 years ago! I recently purchased a X-T30 Mark II because it incorporates much of the X-T3s functions. It’s a great all-rounder. I admire your work and your tips on the video side of the X-T2 have given me confidence to experiment. Many thanks for a first class video.

Interesting overview. I realize this video is a year old, but just wanted to note that your voice is quieter than the music spikes at times and unable to hear what words were drowned out. A bit dark at times for some of the images (perhaps that is your style, attempt at mood?), so had to turn up screen brightness a bit for viewing. Thank you though for your effort and sharing.
I still use my XT2, primarily with the Fuji 10-24mm F/4, and on occasion Fuji 23mm F/1.4. I do take the Fuji 100-400mm when travelling by air, as for home or any road trips I use a Sony A7R3 with Sony 200-600mm for my birding photography. I exclusively use the Fuji grip on the XT2 (had since new) and have been fortunate enough to not have any problems, especially since I’m using 3rd party batteries in the grip (Fuji batteries only in the body). I did use it alongside my Canon FF bodies when I did event photography (weddings, etc.), but now it is strictly relegated to personal travel use. I’ve had the camera since 2017 buying new here in Canada. I’m looking forward to start using it for astrophotography.

The box will shift and turn real small if you use anything longer than 56mm with it. I feel like that camera is best for shorter prime lenses. Fuji replaced the first grip as a courtesy but it wasn’t long before the 2nd grip became plagued by connection issues. Will I upgrade to one of the 5’s?
