Dear L&T chairman - with your millions in Salary & Perks you must be having a line of helpers at home but can an average employee afford it? His non-office time must be occupied by household chores & duties towards family, perhaps his wife may be a working woman too, so he may still be completing 90 hours of work / week by attending to other duties. Your assumption that an employee only stares at his wife when he is not in office is too simplistic & absurd.
Make the salary on hourly basis, those who wants to work will work. Don’t expect someone at 30k salary to work 90 hours just because YOU DONT HAVE A LIFE!

1) Ask this Greedy Joker CEO to first show his timesheet for last 2 or even 1 year. Demand it till he publishes the work he has done in last 2 or 1 year. Has he worked for 80 90 hours for last 2 or 1 year, what has he contributed to the company?
