Why lie to yourself, that’s the lesson I got from hallucinogens. And that nothing said or done is often the primary motivation. It’s often a secondary reaction to whatever the root cause is. I.E. anger. No one IS ANGRY, something else occurs and then that triggers your reaction to it using anger as the expression. The initial instigator was not the anger it was more inward.
