Votre truc pour avoir accès avec le ratchet/torque wrench à un endroit sans l'espace suffisant me fait penser à une recommandation de Car Wizard qui justement préconisait l'utilisation d'extensions !! Bien pensé d'y avoir recours.
Oui tout à fait, les vrais mécaniciens ne font pas un boulot facile. En terme de 9 à 5 j'aime mieux mon travail de bureau! Merci pour le nom du produit pour gasket, je vais m'en procurer une bouteille.
Excellent prep and outcome. That’s a wonderful renewal of the steering components. Your presentation is so much better than many others but critically includes the bleepers and the tech detail we need. You and M539 both knock it out of the park. Maybe undo and reposition the steering wheel to level it up given all the changes so it’s centred? Lee
Thank you Lee! Sreten over at M539 is on a whole different level! He's a great inspiration :) Good idea about the steering wheel. It will depend what the technician says when I get the car aligned. It could be that the steering U joint is off by one spline as well, we'll see.
Just bought a -88 BMW E32 735i, and it's gonna need a ton of work. Has been sitting for the last 3 years and barely runs. Exterior & interior is very good, except a sagging headliner ofcourse. Your videos will definitely help to bring it back. Subscribed!
Happy to see a new video! I really like that you are also showing initial mistakes like the wrong Orientation of the engine mount for example. These are small mistakes that really everybody makes, however when watching a video and you don’t see these types of mistakes it always gives a bad feeling like you’re the only Person in the world That makes these mistakes :P The front and rear suspension and frames will also be a huge project next year for me, but I‘m excited already! Hello Francisco! Thanks for your nice comment! The torque specifications are written in the Bentley manual. It is a service manual for the BMW E32 and it covers all the versions (M30, M60 and M70 engines). Very useful book, I highly recommend it.

@@ClassicBMWFanInQuebec Il y aura forcément des pépins sur une voiture de cet âge 😁 ou bien quitte à démonter tout ça, on remplace d'autres pièces en même temps Dispendieux donc. Minimum 300 à 400€ rien qu'en main d’œuvre...
