Reset the WiFi…there’s a small hole btw the power button find a pin and use to press it down till the WiFi comes on

If the default password is still on the body of the mifi and you can access it, then do a reset and use the default password to login

If the Mifi password written on the body of the Mifi is wiped out and you do not remember the password,then it is difficult to use the Mifi. I suggest you take the Mifi device to any MTN Office for assistance. ADVICE; Always write down the default password and keep in a safe place before using the device

I reseted my mtn pocket mifi then I tried connecting it to my system with the password it was not connecting and I still tried the admin password it still didn't work. It will always tell me that the security code is incorrect. 🙁🙁

@@emmanuelikechukwu7706 after the reset, first wifi connect using the wifi key of the mifi. Make sure you still have the default ( original) wifi key ( it can be found oasted in the body of the mifi) .. after successful connection, you can now login to the website using admin as password. If you can not wifi connect with your one device ( say Phone or Laptop), try connecting using another phone or laptop. ( try with two or three devices. If you are still unsuccessful, them suspect that something is wrong with that Mifi device)
