[FO4] BH AK-74 WIP 05 - Animation & Sound Improvements & Gameplay Testing

-Overhauled all existing sounds with new details, some were completely redone from scratch
-Interior/Exterior fire sound adjustments
-Reload and recoil animation improvements
;Ignore 3rd person and rest of the bugs, will fix them up one by one
;Frame drop's from the animation tool running in the background, not performance issue with the mod

-为现有枪械音效全方面的添加了细节，部分音效完全推翻重做了
-室内外开火音效均有调整
-换弹和后座动画改进
；无视第三人称和其他bug，慢慢修
；掉帧因后台动画工具忘关，非模组性能问题
