I did, yes. I think you can order full boxes on other sites too, but I went straight to Square Enix's store as it worked out cheaper overall :)

As far as I can tell I think you'd just have to be lucky and get the case with it in.
Or potentially get it on eBay maybe. I've been kinda tempted to buy the secret one myself, just to have all 8.
