The wife’s “intentional” adultery guilt was MUCH worse and could not be definitely compared with her husband’s “unintentional” mistake in not-noticing her overstretched works. The unfaithful wife’s character in the scenes was unacceptable. She did not ever cry out or beg forgiveness when talking with her mom-in-law and her own dad although she was the key person who destroyed her lovely family. She kept quiet in front of her dad and let the husband tell her dad that it was the husband’s fault for the broken marriage. The MIL’s character was also unbelievable. The MIL’s husband cheated on her and she was suffered about his affair. Logically, she should hate any cheaters. But when her DIL was the cheater, she was by her DIL’s side and asked her own son to forgive the wife and stayed together (did the Mom care that her son might suffer liked her?) ….. This was an ideal MIL that any DIL should look for.
