Absolutely amazing timepiece (apart from the smallish strap)...high quality, looks great...and mine is running consistently at about +3s/day....LOVE IT!!!!
@@Likwidl Nice. I considered the same but was worried that the polished finish might clash with the all brushed case. I'm looking at a couple oyster style bracelets on Ali to try out but haven't found the right one yet. That said, I don't think anything is going to look bad on the watch. Its a true strap monster.
I agree this is the best budget Flieger out! Spec'd out and a strap monster! The watch looks awesome with the dial and blue hands. Price is insane for what you get.
Cool to hear that you found something to open you up to Chinese manufactured watches. There are some genuine deals to be had if you shop carefully. I found you because of this video and sub’d. Great review!
Just got mine. NH38, medium brown strap (not bad at all, but I'll probably change it), mediocre green lume but next to no reflection from the crystal and the dial and handset are great. The 11.11 price was £90, which I think is an excellent value proposition. Nice review. Thanks!
I bought a San Martin bronze flieger with the idea that if I liked it I would move up to a Laco or Stowa, that was nearly 2 years ago & I've never bothered the SM is so good. $200 with a Seagull handwind movement.
Honestly, I have this and the laco faro (Just published the video) and never wear the loco. I like the history of laco but find the cheaper option more enjoyable for day to day use. Im a HUGE Stowa fan but just cant justify the purchase because I wouldn't use/abuse it the same way. Im shooting a video comparing this and the laco now which should come out next week.
I like the strap a lot. If one thing, I think it's a bit narrow. Chunky (even at the buckle) is certainly not a word I'd use. I think I'd prefer 22 mm narrowing to 20, but that's not a substantial complaint. Also I can't agree on the watch feeling hollow inside. I think that there is a feeling of a heavy center of gravity. The watch overall feels like a tough little bugger to me (even with it's 50 mm lug-to-lug width). The crown on my watch was a bit gritty, but now it's completely smooth. I guess that use carves it out. It is indeed a beautiful watch, no matter consumption, and the 30 bar WR is just ... like hammering home the fact that they nailed it :)
Great video I've got one of these in my sights and found your video which pretty much confirmed my feelings. Good looking practical watch from China that's got no pretentiousness about it. I feel I won't have to explain myself when talking about it like I would if I bought an homage diver from Ali Express (and I know their quality is getting really good these days). I reckon this hits a sweet spot and I'm going to have to pull the trigger
Mine arrived today and I was really impressed with the specs, its look and feel. I had been considering Laco or Stowa, then a San Martin until I found this one. My first Chinese watch (Sugess chrono) just stopped after two days, so I am still a bit suspicious. I'll be back in a couple of weeks time if you want to tell you about my experience with this watch.
Thanks for telling the consumers "UPDATE links in description" 🤣. You just didn't expect to get replied to like that, no need to backpedal. It's all good. Just beware next time 😉.
Yeah it's just a little hard to believe at the price especially with how uniform the execution is. The blue feels a little brighter than the thermally blue hands I've experienced, that's why I was thinking anodized but either way they accomplish the look beautifully.

I ordered one of these and it hasn't left my wrist since it arrived in the mail. I think they knocked it out of the park with this one. Great value!
100% It has become my do-everything watch. Added a Barton Cordura hybrid strap to complete the package but the execution is truly incredible.
@@hammondwatch2808 I put mine on a 10$ Milanese strap from Ali. Looks like a million $

This company is getting so much love. I need one.
I'm blown away by the quality. Best AliExpress watch by far.

Sin duda, es el flieger tipo B que compraré. Ya tengo un flieger tipo A, Geervo (re marca de Parnis).
Yeah I prefer the B dial in general.
Great video

It's absolutely one of the best watches (for the money) that I've ever handled. You will not regret the purchase.

I may have a few San Martins now.
great review, thanks...!!!
Thank you sir.
Am I right to think there’s no AR on the crystal?
Yep
@@hammondwatch2808 Actually, just got a message from the seller saying there was colourless AR on the crystals. Maybe an update, not sure.
@@laikainspace1 Sweet. Im surprised its not listed in the specs. An update sounds likely. They've sold out a few times since I got mine.
UPDATE: links in description. Seiko one is now a quartz movement

Got the one from Mil-Tec. Way too BIG. Black, hard to see second hand. No date window. Better watches out there, lighter, smaller, and do more.
Cuando he visto made in china.....
Hands are supposed to be thermally blued. Unless, of course, the seller is outright lying. Have ordered one for myself. Should be arriving in a week.
