Seriously Justin, this series has been not only your best yet, but the best hunting series visually I've ever seen on RUclips. This has legit been National Geographic level filmmaking. Awesome job to both you and OSG on this one!
Great video! Such beautiful country...some areas the average visitors would never see. All around AWESOME! Thank you, Justin, for bringing us with you!
Amazing! Epic! WOW! The stories off camera, or when no one is looking defines life. The LFG family and you are an inspiration sir ... The TRUTH is, this channel challenges me to be a better person... Thank you and God bless.
A hunting trip that will be told to your grandkids someday!! They will love it!! Looking forward to the final episode, but kinda sad about it too. I have really enjoyed watching the journey. Thank you for sharing with us!!
I literally had to pause the video while you guys were eating, and go make myself a steak you had my mouth watering as always. Such a cool series epic Man truly epic.
This has been an amazing series. You have done a superb job capturing the unique landscape and natural beauty of outdoor New Zealand. Congratulations LFG!
INCREDIBLE experience aye bud?! Glad we could be a part of it, thanks for sharing it with us. Bet your missin OSG and little Emmy about now. Have a safe trip back, God Bless.
One of my favorite episodes ever I couldn't imagine what was going through your mind coming down that mountain a testament to u my friend one of those memories u could never put a price on
Absolutely loved this series! From all my years of hunting and eating wildgame, i mean yes, it does depend on the game your eating on the “gamie” taste but I believe its all about how you cook it and fix it up
A hindsight gear review would be awesome! What would would change, what would you keep, etc. I definitely would love to hear your thoughts on the “Kuiu system” you had.
Great work with the camera in some aweful conditions. Reminds me of a moose hunt up by Geraldton Ontario in a surprise blizzard packing out a bull moose. Never to be forgotten.
Congrats on the successful journey and kill LFG!! You now have a story to tell your daughter as well as your grandchildren in the future! Not many of us have a venture like this to tell when we get older! Then again not many of us have the stones to embark on a trip like that! Kudos for sure!!!
Nice Tahr L.F.G. what an epic adventure you have taken us on. You're a truly inspirational guy. I can tell it meant so much to you to be able to take that animal. God bless and Godspeed my brother
Thank you for this series. I am so grateful that you put this on RUclips and share this with us because I know I will probably never get to experience this in my life. But it is so cool and fascinating to be able to watch a couple of people venture to the other side of the world and do this kind of stuff. Thanks LFG!!! And of course OSG for letting you go. 😉😉😉
Hey LFG, You could tell the meat eaters to pound the Tarh out and bread it like a Schnitzel. That will tenderize it. Glad it all worked out in your favor. Jo Jo in VT
Awesome video guys! Loved the watch. I’ve done this in NZ and it’s a huge test of character and the challenge. Doing it tough like this creates the hunts rewards - the joy of hunting is in the effort and challenge! Congratulations
Came down off the mountain after a three day camp n hunt in Colorado in the sleet and rain and took about 8 hours. I fell asleep on the curb in the parking lot. Thought I was gonna die like fifty times. After watching you pack your harvest down, I know I'm a total wuss...
Brilliant !!! You looked a lot more perked up after a nights rest, from coming down the Mountain !!!! Cooked Tar !! Looked so nice ... A huge difference from the old Freeze Dried I bet !!! Cheers
Ive really enjoyed watching these latest videos. Very cool. Hardest thing ive done was biking/walking in and out 4 miles each way and killing a buck. Had to have a buddy come help me. A walk in the park compared to what you just did.
wow LFG!!! great job with your trip. and awesome job editing this whole series. hopefully some day my videos can look at least half as good as these! lol:)
I always enjoy goat most when it’s cooked in small pieces for extended time in red Chile. Cabrito = goat and typically done in red Chile it’s known as Birria. Let it simmer for hours and hours and let it become super tender along with some home made flour tortillas is the best...
Great series I love watching all of your videos... I want to know do you have to take the same track out of there as you took in there? I'm catching up on all the videos from the series but I have kids though LOL so maybe I missed the answer to this but if anybody can answer that question I'd love to hear it... Thanks in advance
Love this series. Thank you for sharing your amazing experience with us all. I do have a question. What kind of case did JT use for his bow on the flight over. I’m in the market and am just interested in what he used. Again amazing video love what you are doing. Wishing you and your family nothing but the very best in your future endeavors. God bless.
Congradulations! on a Trophy Tahr... To bad you couldn't do a 48hr brine on the meat to tenderize it, but it always good eating fresh meat at the base camp... Godspeed!
Soooo true I always get my processor/butcher to hang it in his walk in for 4 to 7 days before butchering seems to me day 5 or 6 is usually the money zone but for a bigger animal I give it 7 days
Seriously Justin, this series has been not only your best yet, but the best hunting series visually I've ever seen on RUclips. This has legit been National Geographic level filmmaking. Awesome job to both you and OSG on this one!
Dude you found some of the best people on earth right there. Mountain folk are the most loyal that lived god bless very happy for you.

My favourite series so far, that place looks absolutely beautiful and hopefully worth the crazy trek!

My favorite part of the haunt the camaraderie and cooking the bounty!
This has been an amazing series. You have done a superb job capturing the unique landscape and natural beauty of outdoor New Zealand. Congratulations LFG!
Todd is tough from mountain trekking. Like I commented before, it's a level of physical fitness you cannot obtain at the gym. Enjoyed the video.👍🏻
This will be one meal that you earned the hard way for sure , congratulations again

Epic hunt rackley congrats on the tahr
Loved this series, I bet that would make some great stew meat
salt pepper oil onion, sear. then braise with red wine, beef stock and whole tomatoes crushed up a little. braise until tender. serve with noodles.
LFG you should go to Gunnison Colorado and fish the blue Messa resivor there are northern pike and tiger Muskie which i think you should catch
Not just that it’s how they are more active and move around more so it makes it chewy
Great series I love watching all of your videos... I want to know do you have to take the same track out of there as you took in there? I'm catching up on all the videos from the series but I have kids though LOL so maybe I missed the answer to this but if anybody can answer that question I'd love to hear it... Thanks in advance
Congrats mate epic adventure !!!
Awesome Critter LFG Congrats 👍
It would be nice if you could make a video on how to rig and use each googan bait
You know, I just had an idea, some beer type brine might do gamey tasting meats wonders. Never tried it before, but I think it may be worth a try.

Great videos man
Awesome scenery
Would you go back and do the hunt again or is once good
Hi great vid thanks for inspiring others to get outdoors
Beautiful animal and I bet its delicious! Congrats!
I'd like to try it!
If you hang your deer for a week in like 30 to 35 degrees it tenderizes the meat
Soooo true I always get my processor/butcher to hang it in his walk in for 4 to 7 days before butchering seems to me day 5 or 6 is usually the money zone but for a bigger animal I give it 7 days
