Outgoing Governor Sir Ben, as an individual human being serving the Filipino public with different administration since the First Aquino administration back then, I salute you po Governor Sir. You already said, this might be your last term of office serving the Philippines with different Presidents for 30 years now, you've seen everything. For me, regardless of loopholes or red flags about you Governor Ben, I don't care and I don't mind. You did serve the Philippines in low key tone at hindi gaanong na-spotlight sa media. The increase in fuel rate translates to high prices in goods as expected.
But what's happening on the ground is that the increase of prices for goods is not relative to the increase in fuel costs. Goods tend to get higher increases which should be regulated by the DTI.
These irregularities are favoring businesses but not the mass consumers.

For me to suggest as a supporter of BBM our incoming PH President in respect to the development of our country in general sense, the most priority in his administration should focus on is the categorizing of the potential capabilities of us all Filipinos. By doing so, I deeply believe every "Pinoy" will gain a greater salary grades having an aptitude that were very essential to their functions in our government. And this is the problem wherein most of our fellowmen had a lower income jobs that the best they can afford to employ due of their low standard capabilities, as in the professions they were currently engage in. And others are even underemployed nor most are eking out to find works or unemployed with the absence of employer to hire them. Then, to include the millions of countrymen that are preliterate or with no education at all (just like my wife) according to PSA statistics (Agency concern), in this plight what job can we deal for them? Being Farmers, Fishermen , Construction workers and the likes. Can they be possible to become rich also like the businessmen, the government administrators (Politicians), the professionals (lawyers, doctors, engineers), etc.? I don't think so and absurd unless their minimum salary grade is 50k. By the way, this were ongoing in other developed countries, the 50K minimum monthly income of farmers, etc. just like our OFW's, why because commonly our OFW's are professionals like teachers, nurses, technical course graduates and engineers. Therefore, it is indispensable to be a professional graduate, more so if it is a categorical profession for a certain constituency in obtaining a more profitable employment as mentioned and speaking of constituencies concern and welfare, it is a government matter and dispensation.
Now the question is, which categorical profession shall we attribute to every Pilipino for him to become in assurance for his better future that our government will promulgate as its obligations for the mandate under the Philippine Education System, to quote our constitution (Article XIV, Sec. 1)

Ang ating lipunan ay mayroong batayang yunit, ang pamilya (Article XV) kung ito po ang mapagkakalooban natin ng matatag na edukasyon, magiging matatag ang ating lipunan. At aling matatag na edukasyon ang dapat sa bawat pamilya: (Moot and Academic ayon sa mga eksperto) ang Ama, mahalaga po ang edukasyong may kaugnayan sa kanya bilang "Haligi" ng tahanan at ito tuwiran ang, Engineering education at ang Ina naman, mahalaga rin na makamit niya ang edukasyong may kaugnayan sa kanya bilang "Ilaw" ng tahanan at ito tuwiran din ang Medicine education. Samakatwid, kung ang ating Department of Education kategorikal na ipatupad sa school curriculum ang mga nabanggit na kurso mula elementarya hanggang kolehiyo sa mga pampublikong paaralan lalo na sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas sa lahat o bawat estudyanteng Pilipino ang aking pananaw po ay maayos na magaganap. Ito po ang aking kuro-kuro at sana po ito ay posibleng maitaguyod. Salamat po at magandang araw.
