    Glad everyone’s enjoying the video.
Just wanted to preface since I’ve gotten a handful of comments saying my “rock bottom” is not that bad…
Obviously appearance/physical surroundings are going to be what viewer sees, but my “rock bottom” was based on what was happening with my personal life & mental health. The physical aspects were just a reflection.
I understand that I upload these videos and open myself up to comments and criticism like this, but please keep in mind there is more to my life that I choose not to share on the internet, and a few videos/instagram photos a year will never be my whole story.

Honestly, you chose a pretty terrible way of showing that. The way you shot the video will make literally everyone believe that your "belly" was your rock bottom. You knew what yiu were doing, and as a plus size woman whose been struggling my entire life with my weight and my relationship to food, this was a slap in the face.

@@hereforthechaos7614 Yeah, the,”Rock bottom”, looked weak af, but why is it a slap in the face to you? We all have our own problems, and if yours is weight why should that be her problem? Mental struggles can be just as bad as physical ones.

Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. Idk what it is but there’s something about Mia that makes her so comforting to watch. The last few years she’s become so raw and authentic. I’ve been following her for years and to me she’s just one of those RUclipsrs that you’ll watch whatever they upload no matter what and when. I know she isn’t as active as she was in the saturation era but I’ll still be watching her not matter what. She could take a break for years and not upload and I’ll still be here when she comes back

    • @Mutiny960

what "raw and authentic"???? she's rich and privileged to be able to get tattoos all over her body, various vain, surface-level, purely physical cosmetic surgeries, and can travel to other places multiple times a year. SHE'S FUCKING RICH, THIS AINT FUCKING "AUTHENTIC". it's the npc-ass girl fanclubs response over "raw and authentic" billionaire taylor swift

    • @jos-josradvanji6203
      @jos-josradvanji6203 5 дней назад

For me this was the first video I've ever seen of her and I feel the opposite.
It constantly feels like social media is holding her at gunpoint when she says anything.
Mainly because all she says, especially about the body and goals is practically what the masses have been deemed as acceptable in the last 5 years.
Anytime someone nowadays says they wanted to lose weight to look pretty (in their own mind), they get hated. Anything actually that isn't "oh it doesn't matter, just mental health, healthy mind" gets hated. And this video feels like the bottom of that pit and to me is screaming "I am doing everything I am supposed to,do you guys like it now?" Basically..it feels as fake as it gets.
Not that I hate her for it, quite the opposite I am pretty sure if one gets to know her she'd likely be really sweet to be around but it disgusts me what pressure trends and a mass of people can create.

Just saw a video where he pointed out that when you use your phone on those breaks, it’s probably more fun than the work and it gets harder to get back to working. But when you do cleaning or some stretching or etc you get a little dopamine from completing and that’s just what you need. So agree, I’m going to try both the pomodoro timer and cleaning tomorrow ❤

Something that has always helped me with cleaning was the mentality of "it's way easier to maintain cleanliness by doing some light cleaning every day or every other day rather than doing a deep clean every week - 2 weeks". I'm super lazy so I try to give myself the least amount of work possible. I know this sounds counter-intuitive

One thing that helps me keep my space clean is making the habit of tidying up right after I do something. For instance, in the kitchen, I always try to tidy up right after I'm done and put stuff in the dish washer right after I use them rather than stacking them in the sink. It takes time to build the habit but it will save you time!

I think it would have been hilarious if the scale said "LOL" when you stepped on it. Instead of processed drinks have you tried/looked into switchel? I got off energy drinks and soda just by making my own switchel. I feel so much better now.

I respect the work ethic, but I couldn't help but feel like her whole personality/existence is very... artificial. Instead of doing things because she genuinely enjoys them it all came across as just trying to become some made up idealized person.

@@miasayoko You're very welcome 🥰, I have an idea if you like it, "10 tips I wish I knew before starting my training journey" You could talk about these tips while cooking or preparing your meals for the week, to keep it engaging and avoid it feeling monotonous, also this way, you can save your time. I hope you like it ☺

I resonate with this so much! I've transitioned to working home a few days a week, which I thought would be great, but I have a lot of anxiety around starting work. I discovered the pomodoro method a few months ago and it really helped!! I've fallen off track with that specifically, so this is a great reminder to get back in the groove of using it. I really think attacking work with the approach of 'it's just 25 minutes and then you can stop' brings down the overwhelm, and then once I'm in a groove it's easy to keep going.

Oh this was so motivating! I ended last year starting a daily routine that included fitness but then I got covid and still haven’t been able to get out of the slump I’m in! Watching you literally get stronger shifted something in my brain. Although I absolutely want to lose weight, I think gaining strength and stamina is the biggest goal of mine. Also, watching your pup on his/her walks was so cute!! 🙈 You seem like a very cool person and I’m glad I found your channel! 🪩

I originally followed you way back when because your personality was very magnetic and I also like to watch other people work out in the hopes that I will do the same, but this video actually makes me want to use the next 90 days to change my life. I am getting married in June so this just might be the push I need. Thanks!

"Was I self-sabotaging because I was depressed or was I depressed because I was self-sabotaging." This. I self-sabotage way too much, have been like that basically my whole life and am working on it, but I still struggle with making the distinction at times. Once I realize that I'm feeling bad because I'm the one MAKING MYSELF FEEL BAD, it's like a night and day difference. 💖
