This pond was surrounded by these bilva trees which we use to grab while returning home in chilling sun. It was a trek of 4-5 km. This was our welcome drink back home by my grandmom . It was an energy drink for the day You need not add ice here, the potency of fruit itself is cold. Use clay matka water and this will become nectar with earthly flavor.

धन्यवाद, कुणाल. आपने एक भुले हुए फल की व्यंजन विधी बतायी। क्या आपको इसके फायदे पता है ? हमारे पूर्वजों ने इसे शीवजी को अर्पण करने को कहा, क्योंकी यह शीतलता प्रदान करते है।और हमे पता हैं, शीवजी को जलदी गुस्सा आता हैं। अब इसका आयुर्वेद में महत्त्व बताया गया है, शीतलता, थंडक देता है, पर मधुमेह(डायबिटीस) में शक्कर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में रखता है। जब दस्त(जुलाब) होते हैं, तो शरीर में पानी की मात्रा नियमित करता है और दस्त भी बंद हो जाते है. उच्च रक्तचाप(ब्लडप्रेशर) को भी ये नियंत्रित करता है। हमारे यहां(महाराष्ट्र) इसका मुरब्बा भी बनाते है। हमारे घर के आंगन में बेल के पेड हैं, और इन्हे 20-25 फल लगते हैं। मैं इसका शरबत बनाके, दोस्त और सगे-संबंधीयों को देती हूँ। मैं शक्कर में बनाती हूँ, क्योंकी हम साल भर दवाई की तरह इसे पिते हैं। गुड भी डाल सकते है, पर वोह जल्द ही खराब हो जाता है। 🙏🙏🙏
1. the bael are not ripe enough, proper bael sherbet will be orange instead of yellow. 2. add a little black pepper powder, it will give the sherbet a signature taste.

In our Odia new year we drink Bela pana..and it's that Divine Taste...we make it like you did and add extra tinge effect to turn it a blast taste..we add crushed black pepper and a little cardamom and a pinch of black salt....it gives a good smell and a sweet and spicy taste..👍

Bael sarbat cures stomach problems. Keeps stomach cool. I have half leftover bael pulp, now I am going to prepare it. Moreover mint is also there in the fridge.
Mash bael ka pulp in water then soak it for 2 to 3 hrs n just keep in fridge. Now strain it by squeezing the pulp add more water it will taste far more better than this instant one. Add sugar , ice add black salt in glass u serve . Tasty , earthy healthy and Delicious.
Hi kunal...pleased to see, u bring back the authentic recipes..way back to our childhood in bihar, my grandmother used to make it alternative days in summer..she used to soak the pulp with some sugar in the cold water for like 30 min...then strain it..otherwise ur process is same..love the way u dhow it...This drink bring back the nostalgic memories from childhood. ..love it..
@@blessed9491 hi it will be dissolved when you soak it for 30 min. and then mix all the things by spoon. then remove the seeds by hand and mash it. After this, u can strain the mixture. And bel juice is ready. add some ice too.
