I’m so relieved to hear that you all are safe! I really enjoyed how talkative Rachel was in this episode. I appreciate that she creates a safe space for guests to speak freely, but l've always wanted to hear more from her as well!

I agree it was nice to hear from her and I like when they talk about family stuff. In regards to different family environment. Because some people may not live a life where they have both parents there or they have some people who are single parents. I like to learn different perspectives and it’s nice.
I know she is very open about her being a single mom(in previous podcasts). it’s nice hearing about that because obviously her baby daddy and her, may or may not be romantically involved anymore, They have a really nice respectful coparent relationship.
and a positive influence their child’s life. So hearing how a single mom (in past episodes ) handles situations is comforting to know that people get through tough situations for those who may be facing that challenge right now😊

Same. I also watched Gilmore Girls (and Virgin River) while nursing and pumping - for the exact same reason… you need something “mild”.

Isn't Virgin River like a copy paste to Hart of Dixie? I mean, the romantic interest being a bartender, the main character being in the medical field, the small town vibes, and even the actor of Brick Breeland is there lol
Anyways, props to both shows because I love them!

@dl777-b5d yes, I agree on that! Virgin River has more of an adult drama and it has almost no comedy (I mean, the drama involving pregnancies is basically the whole plot of it). Meanwhile, in Hart of Dixie, it seems like the whole drama is just a joke, we can't take the show too seriously otherwise we would freak out lol. Literally everybody hooks up with everybody and I love it lol.

I hope they left LA entirely. The water isn't safe, the air isn't safe, there's still looting all over, it's just better for their little people to not expose them to all of that contamination. If we learned anything from NYC or Arlington after 9/11 it's that breathing that contaminated air can impact people well beyond immediate exposure, within years from now there's going to be so many cancer diagnoses.

It’s strange to listen to NIN? I’d rather be strange than dull.
