I personally really like the manga style art for Xo Manowar. I think it was a good idea for Valiant to partner with Alien Books because we're getting more promising comics.

I think the partnership with Alien is definitely a positive too. Just to have more Valiant is great.

Been following Valiant since the Shooter days, wanted to love this stuff, but what a mixed bag! Faith is unreadable for me, Archie type artwork. Rai story is good, artwork a little too cartoony. Bloodshot, what a waste, do not like the art or the little guy, whatever he's supposed to be. XO, story is good, art could be better. Valiants, I like the art, story is a little ho hum. Ninjak, art is ok, not too cartoony, story is run-of-the-mill so far, but only 1 issue so I'll stick with it. My pull list has all Valiant, going to have to edit that.

It’s certainly been a roller coaster of quality lately. I’m not a fan of Faith especially, but it has been hit or miss since the DMG purchase. I’m excited Alien and Valiant are publishing again, but cautiously optimistic about the company’s future.
