As we are working in an integer type array, in the number 7.5, 7 is the integer part and .5 is the floating part/fractional part , so we have to neglect the floating part 0.5 and take the integer part 7. 😊😊
LOC will be same (-1), it is just a default value used because the search may not always be successful but we still have to return a value stating that the search was unsuccessful

Itz a general Idea of data structure given by mam..itz depends upon language that from where array index will be started it either from 0 or 1..

It's just an algorithm, not a code, so Mam used = instead of == , when you'll write the code then use ==
