That's really cool and interesting vidz my friend. You got my attention and great passion on making vidz. Keep it up and more vidz to come my friend. Stay safe and healthy always my friend. More Blessings to you my friend. Wishing you all the best and happy life always.
Hey best of luck fitting the windows, I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine. Just follow the contour. My recent video I have just fitted Windows to my new van, which is pretty much the same process.
Nicely done, sir. Those stick-on windows make life so much easier. As long as you don't cut a hole that's bigger than the glass, you can't go wrong. I hired a pro to fit the old type with rubber seals - they have to be mm perfect and I didn't fancy it. I did two roof hatches - a Fiamma 40cm and a Fiamma 50 cm. They didn't leak so I was chuffed at that. I have seen recommendations to use/hire a nibbler to cut out the panels. My pro fitter did. Jigsaws and - much more so - a/grinders produce a loadd of steel filings which are difficult to totlly clean out and they rust. I was surprised you went for one side window and two in the back doors.
Hey, thanks so much for the comment, I've recently just sold this van and got myself another, I've jist fitted windows all round, and that video should be getting released on Sunday.
And relax..... Great job there pal. You're a braver man than me to tackle that. Good to see it's a team Roberts effort as well. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the conversion. ATB Andy
Sigh of relief buddy, pretty straight forward job, but daunting drilling several holes in the side... But, its all done, and it doesn't leak 🙏🙏🙏 water tested today as well...
Great to see the van coming on Dave. I hope your not going to give up rough night wild camping. For a cosy night tramping. 🤣. Keep up the great work pal. 👍
Hi Michael, no mate, I'll still be out in the tent at some point, freezing my tits off, or even getting battered by the rain. I mean..... Who would want a warm van anyway 🤣🤣
He who dares, clenched his cheeks tight 😂🤣 Hey Ken, hope you're well chap, no plan as such.... Yet. I need to lay out some plans, and think where I want lighting/sockets/charging points yet.
Hi George. No template supplied, it's just a case of drilling several holes 2 inches apart all around the inner metal frame from inside as I showed. 👍 hope this helps
@@DaveOutdoors Got you...looks like I'll be tackling the same (just the side door) job as requested by my good lady. But my argument is, 'why do you want to put up curtains' 🙂
Not sure I can watch any more of these. I wanted my own van by the end of it. I’ll leave you a like for the choice of pot noodle flavour. Other than that I dislike how much you might cost me with this series.
Cheers Chris, certainly reforms the layout and style from a visual perspective. Chuffed to bits with how it turned it. Maybe you should look at getting a van, and coming on a road trip with us this year 😁
Thank so much for clicking on the video... The van has been water tested, and happy to report.... NO LEAKS 😍😍

Love that the van has already been out on an adventure! ☕👍❤
Oh yes, it was a great nights sleep as well 😜 it will be getting used between builds as well.
Wow, looks amazing already
Thank you 😊😊 hope you're well
Awesome! Great to see the little one getting involved too 😎
Thank you hannah, hope you're keeping well and getting out 😊
Well done mate. Coming together nicely
Thanks Chris, it's come on leaps and bounds since this video, infact it's not far off being done, I will update with a video this weekend 👍👍
That company - Trade Glass UK - excellent pre-sales service/info. And the price for a full kit x 2 of sliding windows in sliding doors - no brainer.
Mum and dad are becoming Internet sensations 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣 Mum did a sterling effort with the camera, I'll give her that 🤣🤣🤣
Loved that Dave' great job'.....makes the van look so different .....and relax 😄👍
Stevey boy 🤙🤙 top man, cheers fella, certainly has transformed the look. Chuffed to bits with it 👍👍

scary stuff Dave nice one dude looks awesome 👌atb daz
Thanks daz, appreciated pal... Got there in the end 😁
Nice work on the windows very smart. And no longer looks like a mobile sauna inside!🤣
Cheers Rowdy, the sauna look made it unique, but not my type of unique 🤣🤣
Yikes, the hole cutting looks pretty tense! 🤐😳👍😬
That was the most scariest part, putting that initial hole through the body 🤣🤣
Mate.....you made that look so easy 😂 I'm doing mine in a few weeks and Im shitting myself
I was also bricking it 🤣🤣 you'll be fine, just follow the template from inside and jigsaw out.
💯 Best of luck 👍
@@DaveOutdoors cheers mate, where did you get your rear windows from? They look really good. I want them
He who dares .
Looking good Dave. Are you working to a plan.
Stay safe 🔥
