I had suspected it was a dream pretty early on! Last time Roxanne was "married" to one of the daycare animatronics in this venue, it was actually Eclipse tormenting her in a dream... Also, hearing Moon referring to someone as "sweetheart" but not immediately gagging afterwards was deeply unnatural.
It'd be really funny if Lunar decided to be a prankster and used moons voice to execute said pranks, this could also be Blood Moon sparking some chaos. and after watching Sun and Moon play frog detective i can tell convincing Moon to call Roxanne "sweet heart" was hard to do.

This was a very painful episode to watch, but I get the feeling that this is Karma getting at Roxanne after last episode, even though it was just a dream.

Nightmare being a dream demon would make perfect sense, he’s trying to meddle with the minds of those Golden Freddy holds dearly to him. I mean, his name literally is NIGHTMARE, so if this is a build up to a powerful villain, who might in theory, could potentially be Golden Freddy’s ancient enemy. I’m all in for it. It would explain so much about why Golden Freddy is so secretive, could Nightmare be responsible for what happened in his life? Was he really telling the full truth about everything? We’ll have to wait and see.
