For this 5x deburring and sometimes other 5x moves, I cant get any toolpath at all. Ive used restore to default, and tried to click each possible button. Any tips on that?

Watch this video. At about 3min I show you why you might not be getting a toolpath. Most of the time it's because of the lead-in lead-out numbers. This should help you.

Hello. On my version of gibbs I do not have deburr like you do. Did they update?

If you are using v2022 then it will have it. Also you must have the 5-axis module, as that is where the deburring process is.

Thanks for this video. Quick question....When I load a process that I've saved from another part I've programmed, it seems to not keep the same tool when I load it. e.g, the orignal will be a 1/4 in ball nose in tool 4 slot and when I load it in.....it will throw it in a seemingly random tool slot. Even if I create the tool ahead of time , it just moves it to a random spot on loading. Any Ideas? Thank you :)

Are you importing the tool using "right click on tool tile, then choosing Load Tools" ? If you do there is a window that pops up and asks if you want to Preserve Tool Number. Make sure you have a check there, then it will go into the same spot.

@@GibbsCAMVideoTutorials I'm using 2011 Gibbs. doesn't seem to have right click on tool tile.?

@@TheDefeatest Yes, 2011 version does not have that. 2014 and newer has it. 2011 version though does have the ability to save processes. Double click an operation and it will bring in the process on the left side, then right-click the process and save. It will save the process as well as the tool. See if that works.
