- Woke up to a cold foggy morning on the homestead and as much as I know I a going to miss summer, I am very happy to have mornings like these. Almost time to get the wood stove fired back up.

It might sound "Sappy", but it has to be said. So here it goes. Fall has arrived here on the East Coast as well, with today's temps only being in the high 40's. Also getting some scattered showers as the remnants of Hurricane Ian pass by. I just finished dinner and sat down at my laptop to watch some videos. I have to say that playing your beautiful footage and perfect selection of a sound track full screen, while sipping my after dinner coffee, made the rest of the world disappear for those 3:34 minutes. Thank you.
Not sappy at all. That’s exactly what I was going for. There’s something about the first days of fall the bring a sort of peace to the chaos of life. I appreciate the comment.
Hello Joe; WOW life threw you a major curve ball with your wrestling accident and you have over came the many obstacles. I found your channel to watch the work you did on your 7.3L Ford F350, you spent $14.5K on your truck and over $15K on mods, spending over $30K. I have to agree with you YES, would do it again and not look back. Forget buying a 2021 to a 2023, so a 2020 Ford F350 can be $40K to over $100K and there may be mods to consider on the 2020 as well. HOWEVER the monthly payments on a newer truck are about a mortgage on a house. No way will I pay more for a vehicle than I pay for a house. Your land looks amazing best of success with building your homestead and being self sufficient on your homestead!!! THANKS JOE for sharing the costs involved in your truck and mods done to the truck!!! One of these days I will find a 2000 to 2003 7.3L Ford F350 dually with low milage on it and do a few mods to improve the truck for daily drive and towing purposes! My two vehicles presently are 16 & 17 years old and are running very well so I will be ok with a truck that's 20 years old m/l.
Awesome foggy footage and the music was good as well. I kinda thought I was watching the opening scenes of a sad scary movie. I expected to see a crime scene at any moment. Looks kinda chilly there.
Haha yes it definitely gave off some of those vibes. Temperatures made quite the drop this week. Summer is over for sure.
