So Harry, you asked for my opinion when this video came out, so here it is. I previously have told you I personally am not a big fan of mouth sounds as to be honest they can sound absolutely minging. Honestly though, the way you're putting these videos together, especially the whispering and the type of sounds in this video is really good. If you keep this level up I think you'll probably be my favourite ASMR-tist and thats quite the compliment given you're up against the likes of Gentle Whispering. The video production is also very good. For me these videos help me sleep so I'm not too bothered about the visual as I wear my headphones in bed and asmr helps me get to sleep, but it is obviously a crucial part of the platform you're on so keep it up. I look forward to more of your videos and thanks for the content, you have no idea how good it is to be able to actually get some sleep. I hope you eventually get much much more recognition and all that comes with it. Best Wishes.

ASMR Ascension's channel is great too. I love his calming friend video, and watch it often. Plus Hermit Sessions ASMR has made a comeback which is such a joy. Back when whisper videos were the main ASMR deal on YT, there was a guy called Gently Spoken who had the most velvety, soothing and luscious voice. He hasn't uploaded in years but his channel is still active.

I find if it's a particularly bad day, I just tell myself the next day will almost certainly be a total contrast and much better than the last. Main thing I find that helps is that it's totally normal to overthink certain things, especially with everything going on. Anyway my main point I want too say is that you're not alone if it helps to know that you're in the same boat as I am ☺️
