No there will be certain requirements such as a maximum rating of probably around 78. This will be to upgrade non rare golds or silvers to build them up
@@WroteBySamisak will definitely get crazy special cards though so you'll be fine. I think the point of evolutions is to improve players that you like who wouldn't get high rated cards otherwise. Seems pretty cool.
