Cool video! I like the way it was edited, though I wish you had put some kind of music over the gameplay. I understand that you left the game audio as it was to illustrate when the star power ran out, but man, from an audio perspective this is one irritating level, lol.
At any rate, great job overall. I like your zoom-ins and close-ups, and it seemed like you really had fun with what is an otherwise irritating level.

I love the "FUCK IT, ALL OUT!" runs that sometimes happen where we see Zarigu beat the entire beginning like a boss.

The worst part about that version of the Kaizo Trap is that you actually have barely enough space at the last platform to see it coming, but the euphoria that you get from finally seeing the exit blinds you from it, and then kills you because of it.

I love these. Pity so many are ruined by pointless, inane chatter (especially when they're exaggerating their "rage") and constant save state reloads. The ones where it's just one dedicated and determined player trying over and over WHILE NOT SAYING ANYTHING are the only ones worth watching.

Something tells me that Bowser, with the help of Wario, Waluigi, and Smithy, built these levels.
At 6:42 he must've been like "Holy **** I'm screwed"
He could have brought the key with him to the end, set it down at the edge, and stood on it until the block turned into a coin, instead of trying to jump on the edge like he did.
I have no idea where you'd get the rom patch from, but you need an emulator, a Super Mario World ROM, and a patch. (Or a ROM that's already been patched). Those are... Around, but people aren't fond of giving out links because it's technically still illegal.
Oh i feel so bad for the guy playing this, but I can't stop laughing and imagining what he's saying. 5:20 "Oh fer %@& SAKES!!!"

In comparison to other levels, this actually seemed pretty easy.
This is just frustrating to WATCH.

the guy who plays this reminds me off myself, managing the hard part time after time and then die everytime by a stupid mistake.
Also, couldn't you have taken the key with you to the finish line? It seems like that would have made you big so that you couldn't have walked off the edge.

You can try keeping the key, then you cross the goal the key will be converted in a mushroom and mario will not fall.

You know this level is broken by the fact you can get a feather if your fast enough and fly through the rest of it
Your logic has a major flaw in the fact that Mario needs a wide flat area to sprint before taking off. However, here, there is NO surface he can walk on without being killed... Unless he has the star. Thus using the star as this legendary person did was the only way to complete this level.
