Well, his canon date of birth is 2008, and we see no evidence that contradicts A New Wish taking place in 2024. I guess we have to wait for an answer, but I personally like the idea of Peri being a teenager.
I didn't know either I didn't even stop to think about how old he was but then I started to see people saying he was 16 and it actually makes sense, he does give vibes of a teenager trying to prove to his parents he's an adult and the truth is he's practically an adult but technically not 😅
With time travel being part of the canon for fairy daily life, there's no way to tell how old he is. But since Dev is his furst godkid, then he's probably in the fairy equivalent of his early twenties like a fresh college graduate.
